L is the length (the deeper face), W is the width (the shorter face), and H is the wall height. The L panels are outside and the W panels sit between them; inner, die-face, and outer sizes use a single-wall tube. The default is an inner 300 × 200 × 150 mm corrugated box with T = 3 mm.
Corrugated board is often 2–4 mm. This page allows 0.2–10 mm.
Inner L = die-face L − 2T; W and H match the die face. Outer L = die-face L, W = die-face W + 2T, H = die-face H + 2T. All three match when T = 0.

The W panels carry the shorter minor flaps, leaving a centre gap. Each flap root has a relief slit. The glue flap is on the left L panel, 30–40 mm wide with tapered ends.
